【摘要】 宿迁苏豪银座项目采用层间隔震设计,隔震层设置在裙房屋面和上部塔楼之间,属于高层层间隔震建筑。主要阐述了层间隔震建筑的结构设计,包括隔震元件的选取与布置、层间隔震的相关构造及计算分析。采取层间隔震技术后,不仅使上部结构具有隔震建筑的优越性能,而且使得包括裙房在内的整个结构的抗震性能得到显著提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Story isolation technology was applied in Suqian SOHO Ginza project,which is a building with high isolation story,and the isolation story is arranged between the podium roof and the upper tower.Structural design of the story isolation was described,including selection and arrangement of isolation components,structural measures and analysis method.Story isolation technology keeps the upper structure in superior seismic performance and improves the seismic performance of the whole structure including the podium significantly.更多还原
