轨道卧铺客车乘员二次碰撞安全性研究
Research of secondary crashworthiness for passengers in railway sleeping cars
【摘要】 针对轨道卧铺客车包厢结构复杂、乘员二次碰撞具有多样化且国内鲜有相关研究文献的现状,以某型卧铺客车为研究对象,基于2个典型碰撞工况对车体结构的耐撞性进行了验证,同时研究了乘员二次碰撞安全性。通过详细建立卧铺车厢结构,将客车一次碰撞"加速度—时间"响应曲线作为输入,对不同位置、不同姿态、不同性别乘员的二次碰撞安全性进行了研究。研究结果为卧铺车厢结构设计及改进提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 Considering the complex structure of sleeping berth compartment and the lack of relevant research literatures on the diversity of secondary collision of passengers,this paper takes a sleeping berth wagon as the object of study and verifies the crashworthiness of car body structure based on two typical collision conditions,as well as the passenger safety in case of a secondary collision.A study of safety during secondary collision for passengers at different positions,different postures and of different genders is conducted by particularly modelling the structures of sleeping berth compartment designating the response curve of " acceleration-time" for primary collision as the input,the research results are used as the theoretical basis for the structural design and improvement of sleeping berth compartment.
