【摘要】 目的了解不同云南不明原因猝死经历人群的生命质量特征。方法采用整群随机抽样,对调查样本进行入户调查。结果病区不同猝死经历人群的生命质量总分及生理、心理、社会关系、环境等维度得分均低于对照组。有猝死经历家庭成员生命质量总分和环境维度得分低于无猝死经历家庭成员(均有P<0.001),其他维度得分差异均无统计学意义(均有P>0.05)。结论病区不同猝死经历人群生命质量都差,有猝死经历家庭成员生命质量更差,应引起关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the feature of quality of life of the persons with different sudden death experiences in unexplained sudden death areas(YUSDA) in Yunnan.Methods Cluster random sampling was used for household survey.Results The scores of total and each dimension of quality of life of the persons in YUSDA were lower than the ones in the control.The score of quality of life in total and environmental dimension of the persons with sudden death experience was lower than the ones with no sudden death experience(all P < 0.001).However,there were no statistical differences in the other dimension’s scores between the persons with different experiences(all P > 0.05).Conclusions Quality of life of the people in YUSDA is poor,especially the members with sudden death experience.It should be concerned.更多还原
