miR-196a-2基因多态性与乳腺癌患者易感性的meta分析
A meta-analysis on the association between rs11614913 polymorphism of miRNA-196a-2 and susceptibility of breast cancer
【摘要】 目的综合分析miR-196a-2基因中功能性rs11614913单核苷酸多态性与乳腺癌易感性的关系。方法电子检索Pubmed、EMBASE、Cochrane Library等外文数据库,CNKI、万方、维普等中文数据库,收集关于miR-196a-2基因多态性与乳腺癌易感性的病例对照研究,利用meta分析的方法对各研究数据进行统计学处理及异质性检验,合并OR值及95%置信区间,并检测发表偏倚。结果本研究共纳入4篇文献,包括3 474例病例和4 469例对照,meta分析结果显示携带CC基因型的人群中乳腺癌发病风险增高(OR=1.11,95%CI:1.01~1.22);携带TT基因型的人群中乳腺癌发病风险降低(OR=0.85,95%CI:0.75~0.95)。结论 miR-196a-2基因多态性与乳腺癌易感性相关,携带CC基因型的人群是乳腺癌的高危人群,携带TT基因型的人群是乳腺癌的低危人群。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the association between rs11614913 polymorphism of microRNA miR-196a-2 and the susceptibility of breast cancer through a meta-analysis.Methods The case-control studies from Pubmed,EMBASE,Cochrane Library and CNKI for the association between microRNA miR-196a-2 gene polymorphisms and the susceptibility of breast cancer were searched.The pooled OR with 95%CI were calculated to assess the association strength using meta methods.Heterogeneity and publication bias were evaluated.Results Four case-control studies with 3 474 cases and 4 469 controls were analysed.The pooled results indicated that CC increased the risk of breast cancer with OR=1.11,95%CI:1.01-1.22,and genotype TT decreased the risk of breast cancer with OR=0.85,95%CI:0.75-0.95.Conclusions There are enough current evidences to prove the relationship between microRNA miR-196a-2 gene polymorphism and the susceptibility of breast cancer.The crowd carrying the CC genotype has higher risk of breast cancer,and the crowd carrying the TT genotype has lower risk of breast cancer.
