【摘要】 目的 了解精神科医师应用心理痰病专家诊断系统(心理CT)的状况及其效果评价。方法 于2011~2012年,用匿名问卷调查了9所专科医院152名精神科医师,询问医生应用心理CT诊断的病例数及效果。结果 152名医师应用心理CT诊断抑郁症、精神分裂症等9种疾病的患者总共51 988例,医师人均用心理CT诊断患者342例。初级医师、中级医师和高级医师认为心理CT诊断结果与自己临床诊断一致性≥85%的,依次为71.15%(365/513人次)、79.66%(466/585人次)、81.48%(220/270人次)。经卡方检验,差异具有统计学意义(x~2=4405.57,P<0.01),且医师级别越高与心理CT诊断结果的一致性越高。结论 心理CT的辅助诊断价值得到了使用医师的认可,其诊断精神疾病的水平接近或达到了中、高级医师的水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the utilization of diagnostic system 4.0 Vision(Psychological Computerized Tomography,PCT V4.0) for mental disorder by psychologists and their appraisal for PCT.Methods Inquiry 152 psychiatrists about the cases of patients and effects of using PCT with Anonymous questionnaire in nine special hospitals.Results There are 51988 cases of schizophrenia and other eight diseases diagnosed by 152 doctors with PCT.Each doctor diagnosed 342 cases with PCT in average.The percentages of the consistency of diagnosis between doctors and PCT doctors rated by residents,attendings and chief doctors were 71.15%(365/513),79.66%(466/585),81.48%(220/270). The was significant difference among ratings(x~2 =4 405.57,P<0.01).The difference was correlate to the different level experiences of the doctors,the consistency was higher in chief and attendings than residents.Conclusions the value of PCT in diagnosing mental disorders had been approved by psychiatrists.
