Shell气化炉渣池堵渣机理分析

【摘要】 Shell粉煤加压气流床气化技术是先进大型煤气化技术之一。文中结合中石化安庆Shell粉煤气化装置煤质和操作条件,分析了Shell气化炉渣池堵渣机理,提出了优化操作建议。研究表明:Shell气化装置采用的恒源煤灰流动温度约1 500℃,镇雄煤灰流动温度约1 400℃,通过将恒源煤与镇雄煤混配并添加适量石灰石能将配煤灰流动温度降低至1 350℃,同时改善煤灰黏温特性。Shell气化炉渣池结构决定了在一定条件下液态熔渣将沉积在渣屏表面,液态熔渣受渣屏水冷壁冷却形成一固态渣层,当沉积在渣屏表面的大尺度固态渣层脱落后将有可能造成Shell气化炉渣池堵渣问题;通过改善入炉煤质、控制适宜的操作温度和操作负荷等手段可降低Shell气化炉渣池堵渣风险。

【Abstract】 Shell pulverized coal gasification technology is one of the large-scale advance coal gasification technologies.The coal properties and operating experiences of Shell coal gasification plant in Anqing were considered to gain the mechanisms of slag blocking in Shell gasifier,and the optimum operation suggestions on Shell gasifier were given.The results illuminate that the ash flow temperature(FT) of Hengyuan coal and Zhenxiong coal is about 1 500 ℃ and 1 400 ℃ respectively.Appropriate amount of limestone was added to blend coal for decreasing the blending coal FT to about 1 350 ℃,meanwhile,the slag viscosity-temperature property was optimized.The slag chamber structure in Shell gasifier induces molten slag depositing on the slag screen surface under certain operating conditions and the solid slag layer is formed based on cooling function of membrane wall.The spalling of large scale solid slag deposited on slag screen results in slag blocking in slag chamber.It is an effective way for cutting down the risk of slag blocking that Shell pulverized coal gasifier is conducted under appropriate operating conditions including favorable coal properties,suitable operating temperature and load,etc.
