四咪唑鎓盐对阴离子识别的核磁滴定研究
NMR Titration Research of the Tetra-imidazolium Salts’ Anion Recognition
【摘要】 通过四(溴甲基)甲烷1与咪唑反应得到含有四个咪唑功能基的化合物2,再以其作为中间体,利用其独特的结构,设计合成了四咪唑鎓盐3、4;采用核磁滴定法,研究了四咪唑鎓盐3、4对Cl-、Br-离子的识别;结果显示,主体化合物对Cl-、Br-离子分别有显著的识别能力.
【Abstract】 Tetra-imidazolium salt 3 and 4 were synthesized via the intermediate 2 reacted with iodomethane and 2,6-bis(bromomethyl) pyridine.The compound 2 which had a unique structure,containing four imidazole functional groups,can be prepared by the reaction tetra(bromomethyl) methane 1 and imidazole.Results showed that host compounds 3 and 4 had significant recognition ability for chloride ion,bromide ion by the method of 1HNMR titration.
