【摘要】 2011年9月,采用PRA评估法和整理石棉县相关资料相结合的方法,对四川栗子坪自然保护区社区经济情况进行了调查.调查发现:保护区周边居民生活条件在不断提高、基础设施建设在不断完善,教育、文化、卫生状况良好,社区村民经济收入比2005年有较大提高,2010年人均年收入为4884.51元,比2005年增加了2092.51元.社区经济的发展存在以下主要问题:在自然资源利用上,对森林的依附性较大,对现有自然资源进行粗放的开发和利用;电站、厂矿企业的建成对生态环境的破坏和污染严重;野猪和猕猴数量剧增,糟蹋农作物,使村民经济损失严重.解决问题的对策:首先,加强社区环境保护意识教育,使村民积极、主动参与新方式的生产和对生存环境的保护,自觉成为生态环境保护的主人;第二,加强对农业的科学指导,实行社区共管,进一步发展种养殖业,使村民的经济收入稳步增加;第三,水电站、厂矿企业等产业的建设和发展必需以符合生态发展为根本,产业的发展必需反哺生态建设;第四,加强对野生动物种群的研究,合理保护野生动物.更多还原

【Abstract】 In September 2011,we investigated the economic situation of the surrounding communities of Liziping Nature Reserve in Sichuan province based on Participatory Rural Appraisal and checked related data of Shimian County.Survey results show the living conditions of residents and infrastructure construction around the protection zone in continuous have been improved.Education,culture,health are in good condition.Community village economic income in 2010 has been improved.The average income is 4884.51 yuan,increasing 2092.51 yuan than that of 2005.The development of community economy has the following main problems: excessive dependence on forest resources and extensive development and utilization on natural resources;the damage of the ecological environment by power plants,factories pollute;economic losses caused by wild boar and macaque.To solve the problem,first,we should strengthen community awareness of environmental protection;make the villagers’ participation of the production of the new way of the protection of the environment and survival as the master of ecological environment protection.Second,we must strengthen science guide,the community development,further development of animal breeding,and increase economic income of villagers steadily.Third,hydropower stations,factories and mines and other industrial construction and development must conform to the ecological development as the fundamental,industrial development must nurture ecological construction.Finally,we shall to strengthen wildlife population study to protect the wild animals properly.更多还原
