SrOAl2O3:Eu2+时间分辨荧光光谱的实验研究
Time-resolved Fluorescence of SrOAl2O3:Eu2+
【摘要】 通过搭建的时间分辨荧光系统研究了SrOAl2O3:Eu2+的稳态光谱和时间分辨荧光光谱,并利用最小二乘法计算了其荧光寿命,比较了直线斜率法和指数衰减法在求解荧光寿命的不同.结果发现,SrOAl2O3:Eu2+荧光光谱在可见光区,有较宽的展宽,且指数衰减法相对直线衰减法在荧光寿命计算时有更高的置信度.
【Abstract】 This paper studies the fluorescence spectrum and time-resolved fluorescence of SrOAl2O3:Eu2+ through the system of time-resolved fluorescence.The fluorescence life of SrOAl2O3:Eu2+ is calculated by applying the least squares method and the difference of solving fluorescent life between linear slope method and index attenuation method is compared.The results show that the fluorescence spectra of SrOAl2O3: Eu2+ has a wider spread in the visible light region,and compared with applying linear attenuation method,the results of fluorescence lifetime calculation are much more credible when applying exponential decay method.
