【摘要】 目的探讨痰热清注射液治疗感染性细支气管炎的疗效。方法选择2012年4—12月该院收治的感染性细支气管炎154例。随机分为治疗组102例,对照组52例。两组采用相同的综合治疗。治疗组加用痰热清注射液0.5 mL/(kg·d),1次/d,连用5~7 d。观察两组患儿症状、体征变化、静脉应用激素及住院时间。结果治疗组退热、咳嗽喘憋消失、静脉应用激素及住院时间,显效率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。哮鸣音消失时间、总有效率两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论痰热清注射液佐治感染性细支气管炎疗效好、安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Tanreqing injection on infectious bronchiolitis. Methods 154 patients with infectious bronchitis admitted in our department from April, 2012 to December, 2012 were selected. All the patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=102) and control group(n=52). Comprehensive treatment was given to both groups. In addition, Tanreqing injection was given to the treatment group, 0.5 ml/ kgod, once a day for 5~7 days. The changes of symptoms and signs, intravenous application of hormone and hospital stay time of two groups of children patients were observed. Results The defervescence time, the disappearing time of cough and wheezing, intravenous application of hormone and hospital stay time and the obvious effective rate of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(all P<0.05). There were no significant differences between the groups in the disappearing time of wheezing rale and total effective rate(all P>P0.05). Conclusion Tanreqing injection combined with conventional therapy is quite effective, safe and reliable in the treatment of infectious bronchiolitis.更多还原
