【摘要】 目的探讨介入动脉灌注化疗治疗晚期晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法选择45例晚期胃癌患者分为两组,观察组予介入动脉灌注化疗,对照组予多西他赛+5-氟尿嘧啶方案常规静脉化疗。结果介入动脉灌注化疗组总有效率75%,全身性化疗组总有效率42.9%。不良反应的程度介入动脉灌注化疗组明显轻于全身性化疗组。结论晚期胃癌介入动脉灌注化疗优于全身性化疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of intra-arterial infusion chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods 45 cases of patients with advanced gastric cancer were selected and divided into two groups. The observation group received intra-arterial infusion chemotherapy, and the control group received conventional systemic chemotherapy with Docetaxel and Fluorouracil. Results Patients in the observation group showed higher total effective rate (75% vs. 42.9%), and less side effects compared with patients in the control group. Conclusion Intra-arterial infusion chemotherapy is more effective than systemic chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.更多还原
