高效细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞联合放射治疗鼻咽癌
Efficient Cytokine-induced Killer Cells Combined with Radiotherapy in the Treatment of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma
【摘要】 目的探讨高效细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞联合放射治疗鼻咽癌的效果。方法回顾性分析了2009年3月—2011年5月来该院治疗的鼻咽癌患者120例,将他们随机分成治疗组和观察组,两组患者均用直线加速器9MV的光子线和8MeV的β射线,深部X射线治疗机进行放射治疗,治疗组再用高效细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞进行治疗,治疗一个月后根据病理组织学和鼻咽纤维镜检查患者的治疗效果。所有患者进行为期1年的随访。结果治疗组的治愈情况:Ⅰ期5例(100%),Ⅱ期12例(85.7%),Ⅲ期26例(89.6%),Ⅳ期10例(83.3%);对照组治愈情况,Ⅰ期1例(33.3%),Ⅱ期10例(58.8%),Ⅲ期17例(63.0%),Ⅳ期6例(46.1%)。治疗组复发情况,Ⅰ期0例(0%),Ⅱ期1例(7.1%),Ⅲ期3例(10.3%),Ⅳ期1例(8.3%);对照组复发情况,Ⅰ期1例(33.3%),Ⅱ期4例(25.5%),Ⅲ期6例(22.2%),Ⅳ期3例(23.1%)。两组结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论用高效细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞联合放射治疗鼻咽癌能提高治愈率和降低复发率。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of efficient cytokine-induced killer cells combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 120 cases of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma from March, 2009 to May, 2011. 120 cases were divided into two groups, treatment group and observation group randomly, 120 cases were divided into two groups, treatment group and observation group randomly. Both groups were given radiotherapy with linear accelerator photon line of 9MV and 8MeV beta rays, deep X-ray therapy machine. And the treatment group were also given the treatment of cytokine-induced killer cells. After one month of treatment, the treatment effect was evaluated in accordance with the results of histopathologic examination and nasopharyngeal fiberscopy. All patients were followed up for 1 year. Results The treatment group’s cured cases: Ⅰstage 5 cases(100%), Ⅱstage 12 cases(85.7%), Ⅲ stage 26 cases(89.6%), Ⅳ stage 10 cases(83.3%);the observation group’s cured cases: Ⅰstage 1 case(33.3%), Ⅱstage 10 cases(58.8%),Ⅲ stage 17 cases(63.0%),Ⅳ stage 6 cases(46.1%). The treatment group’s recurrence: Ⅰ stage 0 case(0%), Ⅱstage 1 case(7.1%), Ⅲ stage 3 cases(10.3%), Ⅳ stage 1 case(8.3%); the observation group’s recurrence: Ⅰstage 1 case(33.3%), Ⅱ stage 4 cases(25.5%), Ⅲ stage 6 cases(22.2%), Ⅳ stage 3 cases(23.1%). The differences of two sets of results between the groups were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Efficient cytokine-induced killer cells combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma can improve the cure rate and reduce the relapse rate.
