【摘要】 目的对颅脑损伤导致智力缺损的相关性探讨。方法回顾性分析2010年6月—2012年9月江门市第三人民医院受委托进行的203例颅脑损伤所致智力缺损的鉴定资料进行整理分析,对颅脑损伤部位与智力缺损程度进行对比分析。结果203例中,评定为颅脑损伤所致智力缺损者78例,占38.4%,其中轻度12例,以额叶为主,左侧受损比例高于右侧;中重度智力受损66例,以额颞叶受损为主,左侧比例高于右侧。结论颅脑损伤后的智力缺损与损伤部位及严重程度密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the correlation between craniocerebral injury and intelligence deficits. Methods The identification data of 203 cases of intelligence deficits due to craniocerebral injury commissioned by The Third People’s Hospital of Jiangmen City from june,2010 to September,2012 were analyzed retrospectively. The correlation between the site of craniocerebral injury and the degree of intellectual defect was analyzed. Results Of the 203 cases, 78 cases were assessed as intelligence deficits caused by craniocerebral injury, accounting for 38.4%, including 12 cases with mild intelligence deficits, mainly in the frontal lobes, the damage ratio of the left side was higher than that of the right side; 66 cases with moderate and severe intelligence deficits, mainly in frontotemporal lobes, the damage ratio of the left side was higher than that of the right side. Conclusion The intellectual defect after craniocerebral injury is closely related to the damage location and severity.更多还原
