【摘要】 目的观察中药药浴配合刺络拔罐治疗湿疹的临床疗效。方法选择120例湿疹患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组口服盐酸左西替利嗪片,外用中药药浴等;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用刺络拔罐。两组均以10 d为疗程。结果经过2疗程治疗结束后,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且未发现严重不良反应。结论盐酸左西替利嗪片加中药药浴再配合刺络拔罐治疗湿疹疗效明显,且安全性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Chinese medicine bath and bloodletting puncture with cupping in eczema.Methods 120 patients with eczema were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was treated with levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets,external use of Vitamin E cream 、Calamine lotion and Chinese medicine bath.While the treatment group took the above treatment ways in addition to bloodletting puncuture with cupping.The course of treatment for both the control group and the treatment group was 10 days.Results After 2 courses of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01),and no adverse effects were detected in the treatment group.Conclusion The treatment of levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets,Chinese medicine bath and bloodletting puncture with cupping is obviously more effective for eczema.And the safety of this treatment is verified.更多还原
