【摘要】 目的探讨两种不同的填充材料在椎体成形术中的应用效果。方法选择该院2006年10月—2011年10月收治的腰椎压缩性骨折行椎体成形术治疗的患者127例,根据使用填充材料的不同分作研究组68例和对照组59例。研究组的填充材料为硫酸钙骨水泥;对照组使用骨水泥。以术后腰背疼痛的程度及椎体高度、手术时间、并发症、1年后的椎体高度判断应用效果。结果两组相比,术前腰背疼痛的程度及椎体高度以及1年后的椎体高度差别不明显;术后腰背疼痛的程度及椎体高度、手术时间、并发症有差别。结论硫酸钙骨水泥在椎体成形术中的近期效果比骨水泥理想,远期无差别。更多还原
