【摘要】 目的探讨氨来呫诺糊剂治疗轻型复发性口腔溃疡的临床效果。方法将2011年5月—2012年6月在该科治疗的轻型复发性口腔溃疡患者94例,随机分为2组,一组采用氨来呫诺糊剂治疗,另一组采用2%碘甘油治疗,两者均采用局部涂抹的方式。结果氨来呫诺糊剂治疗组总有效率93.62%, 2%碘甘油的总有效率67.39%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨来呫诺糊剂是一种新的有效的治疗复发性口腔溃疡的药物更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of the Amlexanox Paste for the treatment of recurrent oral ulcers(RAU).Meth ods 64 patients from May 2011 to June 2012 in the our department with RAU were bu randomly divided into two groups,one group was treated with Amlexanox Paste,another group was treated with 2% iodine glycerin,the mode of treatment is topical paste.Results The efficiency of Amlexanox paste treatment group is 93.62%,the efficiency of 2% iodine glycerin is 67.39%,the two groups have significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Amlexanox paste is a useful and well tolerated therapeutic option for the treatment of RAU.更多还原
