【摘要】 目的对比不同方法在临床烧伤中的治疗效果。方法选取来该院入院进行烧伤治疗的患者64例,随机分为4组,A、B、C、D3组分别进行包扎治疗、暴露治疗、半暴露治疗、暴露与包扎综合治疗,对比观察4组患者治疗总有效率。结果 A、B、C3组之间治疗总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A、B、C3组治疗总有效率分别与D组相比,D组治疗总有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论暴露与包扎综合治疗临床应用效果相对好一些,应用前景较好,但是仍需深入研究,发掘不同治疗方式的潜在优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Comparing different methods of treatment effects in clinical burn.M ethods To select healthy adult rats 64,Randomly divided into four groups,A,B,C were the application of millimeter wave treatment device,ultraviolet light therapy,infrared therapeutic apparatus for treatment,Group D comprehensive treatment of these three groups,The total efficiency of contrast observed the wound biopsy bacteria distribution and treatment.Results A,B,C three group total effective rate between treatment differences were not significant(P > 0.05),A,B,C three treatment group total effectiveness respectively compared with group D,D treatment group total effective rate is higher,A statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).C onclusion The joint application of millimeter-wave,infrared,ultraviolet and the three therapies effective than separate use of a method for treating burns better,but still need to strengthen research.更多还原
