【摘要】 目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)并发甲状腺癌(甲癌)的临床特点及外科治疗方式。方法分析12例甲亢合并甲癌的临床资料。结果该组病例甲亢合并甲癌占同期甲亢的2.1%。全组病例手术治疗后未见甲亢或甲状腺癌复发或转移。结论加强对甲亢合并甲状腺癌的认识和诊断。早期手术治疗预后良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical characteristics and surgical treatment of hyperthyroidism assocLated with thyroid carcinoma. Methods A total of 1 5 cases of hyperthyroidism associated with thyroid carcinoma were analyzed from 2002 to 2011. Results The incidence of thyroid carcinoma was 2.1% in hyperthyroidism.All cases underwent surgery Neither hyperthyroidism nor thyroid carcinoma recurred during postoperative follow-up. Conclusion Earlier surgical treatment can result in good prognosis.更多还原
