【摘要】 目的分析标本溶血对常规生化检验结果的影响及干扰程度,探讨标本溶血的预防措施。方法在国内外标本溶血对生化检验结果影响的研究基础上,分析不同项目的干扰趋势及其原因。结果标本溶血后ALB、ALT、AST、HBDH、K、LDH、SCr、TP检测结果表现为正向干扰,GGT、GLU、UA的结果为负向干扰,ALP、BUN、Ca、DBIL、HBDH、SCr、TBIL研究结果不一致。结论标本溶血对常规生化检验结果均有不同程度的干扰,有必要采取有效措施减少标本溶血现象。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of results with the different degree of hemolysis specimens on conventional biochemical tests, so to propose measures for the prevention of hemolysis. Methods On the basis of the research hemolysis both at home and abroad on biochemical test results, to analysis interference trends of of different items and its cause. Results Hemolysis specimens as ALB, ALT, AST, HBDH, K, LDH, SCr, TP were obviously higher than normal serum samples, the determination of GGT, GLU, UA were seriously reduced with hemolysis degree, and ALP, BUN, Ca, DBIL, HBDH, SCr, TBIL findings are not consistent. Conclusions Hemolysis conventional biochemical test results in varying degrees of interference, it is necessary to take effective measures to reduce the phenomenon of hemolysis.更多还原
