【摘要】 目的探讨舒适舒适护理在老年急慢性肾盂肾炎中的临床应用价值。方法选取2009年2月—2011年2月该院收治的老年急慢性肾盂肾炎患者67名,其中30名患者采用常规护理方法进行护理,作为对照组,剩下的37名患者在对照组护理的基础上,采用舒适护理方法进行护理,作为观察组,分别以两组患者的临床疗效作为临床观察指标,并使用统计学软件进行统计学分析。结果观察组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理可有效的提高急慢性肾盂肾炎的治疗效果,对于急慢性肾盂肾炎的治疗具有重要的临床意义,具有临床推广应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the the cozy comfort care in elderly acute and chronic pyelonephritis clinical value.Methods February 2009 to February 2011 age of acute and chronic pyelonephritis our hospital 67 patients,including 30 patients with conventional methods of care in nursing care of the rest of the 37 patients in the control group as a control group,on the basis of care,comfort care,as the observation group,respectively,the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients as indicators of clinical observation,and the use of statistical software for statistical analysis.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group were significantly better than the control group patients(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion Comfort care can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of acute and chronic pyelonephritis,has important clinical implications for the treatment of acute and chronic pyelonephritis,clinical application value.更多还原
