【摘要】 目的探讨分化型甲状腺癌的外科治疗的疗效。方法参照分化型甲状腺癌的危险性评估,不同患者的手术采用不同的切除范围。结果 128例分化型甲状腺癌术后5年生存率为100%,10年生存率97.7%。结论甲状腺癌的规范手术决定了患者的预后,采用适当的手术方式,同时加强术后的治疗,可明显提高生存率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the efficacy of surgical treatment of differentiated thyroid cancer. Methods Reference to differentiated thyroid cancer risk assessment, different patients used different operation resection range. Results 5-year survival rate of 128 patients with differentiated thyroid cancer was 100%, 10-year survival rate was 97.7%. Conclusion The specification of the thyroid cancer surgery range determined the prognosis of patients, using appropriate surgical approach and strengthening the postoperative follow-up treatment could improve survival.更多还原
