【Abstract】 "Educating People Foremost" is the deepening of "People-oriented" conception in the field of education.In order to implement this education tenet,the ideological and political education of colleges and universities should not only have an integrative viewing on this concept,but also have a deep analysis on it.This paper tries to make a deep-going analysis on the rich connotation of "Educating People Foremost" concept and provides some enlightenment on the implementation of this conception from the aspects of both theory and practice.更多还原
