西瓜枯萎病菌的生物学特性研究

【摘要】 对西瓜枯萎病菌Fusarium oxysporium f.sp.niveum(E.)Syn.et Hens.在不同培养基性质、pH梯度、不同温度条件下的菌落特征、生长速度和产孢量进行研究.结果表明:PDA和西瓜秧培养基是最适合病原菌菌丝生长的培养基;燕麦片和PDA培养基是最适合产孢的培养基;西瓜枯萎病菌在8种培养基上产生了6种不同的颜色;pH 8~9有利于菌丝生长,pH 11~12更有利于于孢子产生;25℃是最适宜菌丝生长的温度且菌落形态较好,同时25℃也是产生大型分生孢子的最佳温度,35℃时产孢量最大.

【Abstract】 The colony characters,mycelium growth speed and conidia production amount of Fusarium oxysporium f.sp.niveum on different culture media,under different pH gradients and temperatures were researched.The results showed that PDA and watermelon vine culture media,pH 8~9 were the most suitable for its mycelium growth,oatmeal and PDA culture media,pH 11~12 were the most suitable for its conidia production,it showed 6 different colors on 8 kinds of culture media,25 ℃ was the most suitable temperature for its mycelium growth and macroconidia production and better colony shape came into being at this temperature,its conidia production reached the biggest amount at 35 ℃.
