辣椒抗黄瓜花叶病毒的遗传力及配合力分析
Heritability and combining ability of resistance to Cucumber mosaic viruses for elite pepper germplasm
【摘要】 采用完全双列杂交的方法对6份抗感差异的辣椒抗黄瓜花叶病毒(Cucumber mosaic virus,CMV)遗传规律进行研究,估算其抗CMV的遗传力和配合力等遗传参数。结果表明:辣椒对黄瓜花叶病毒株系CMV-HB的抗性由多基因控制,以加性效应为主;抗性的正反交效应不显著,配制杂交组合要选择双亲均具较高抗性的亲本。
【Abstract】 Six pepper varieties resistant to CMV-HB at different levels were crossed in a completely dialleled scheme.The results showed that the resistance to CMV-HB in pepper was controlled by polygenes with additive-dominant effects.There is no significant reciprocal effect of hybrids between parental lines.For pepper breeding,only parents having high levels of resistance can produce high resistance F1 hydrids.
