基于驱动电流的动态铣削力估计方法
Estimation of dynamic milling force by feeding motor currents
【摘要】 在基于电流信号的铣削力估计中,提出将铣削力的估计分为常值部分与时变部分分开估计的策略.为了实现铣削力动态波形的精确估计,对实测电流信号和铣削力信号进行了深入的分析,提出采用分频估计的方式进行铣削力波形的估计.当使用电流进行铣削力估计时,先将电流信号按频率特征分解为不同电流分量,然后分别估计每种电流分量对应的铣削力分量大小,最后合成铣削力的估计值.不同转速、切深、切宽下的实验表明这种铣削力的估计方法可以很好地对动态的铣削力进行估计.
【Abstract】 A method to estimate dynamic milling force was proposed,in which overall milling forces were separated into the constant and the time-varied components.A frequency-dividing method was proposed to estimate the waveforms of milling forces after the real current and milling force signals were analyzed.The driving current was firstly separated into several components by different frequencies,and the estimated value of the milling forces were achieved by synthesizing different force components estimated by the corresponding current components.Experimental results show that this method is effective in estimating dynamic milling forces.
