基于超声信号的模腔压力软测量方法

【摘要】 通过分析模腔压力与注射油缸压力、熔体密度和熔体温度之间的函数关系,提出了以超声信号、模腔壁处的模具温度和注射油缸压力为辅助变量,模腔压力为主导变量的软测量方法.采用回归分析的方法建立软测量数学模型,并用差分进化算法对软测量模型进行在线校正.通过搭建实验平台验证了该方法在不同注塑工艺和工况下的可靠性.将软测量输出的模腔压力信号与传感器采集到的模腔压力信号对比,得出该软测量方法最大误差不超过6%,相关系数最低为0.994.

【Abstract】 The relationship among the cavity pressure,the main cylinder pressure,melt density and melt temperature was theoretically analyzed.The soft measurement method was established with the ultrasonic signal,the mold temperature and the pressure of the main cylinder as the auxiliary variables,the cavity pressure as the leading variable.The mathematical model of soft measurement was established by the regression method,and the differential evolution algorithm was used for on-line calibration.An experimental platform was constructed to verify the reliability of this method in different conditions and molding process.The output pressure of the soft measurement was compared with the cavity pressure measured by the pressure sensor in the mold.Results show that the maximum error in the soft measurement is no more than 6%,and the lowest correlation coefficient is 0.994.
