【摘要】 "栖岸"是对滨水岸边居住形态的概括与提炼,体现了传统居住形态的回归,是一种强调人与自然和谐相处的居住形态。古往今来,人们的生活方式和居住习惯一直在变化着,但是对于"栖岸"生活的向往却从未改变。常州世茂·香槟湖住宅小区所营造的滨水社区正是延续与发展这一居住形态的有益尝试。该文结合这一项目的规划与建筑设计,先是概述了"栖岸"的历史渊源;进而探讨了其在现代小区设计中的运用、体验及价值;最后总结归纳了滨水岸边住宅的设计特色与设计原则,作为同类项目规划设计时的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 " Habitat shore " is the generalization and abstraction of the water shore residence form. It reflects the regression of the living form, which emphasizes human and nature harmoniously. Down the ages, people’s lifestyles and living habits have been changing, but the " Habitat shore " life has never changed. Changzhou Shimao Xiangbin lake residential district is a useful attempt to create water shore residence .Combining with the planning and architectural design of the project, we summarize the development history of the " Habitat shore " concept, and probe the application, experience and values in the area of modern residential district design. Finally, we summarize the design features and design principles of water shore residence, so as to provide the reference for similar project planning .更多还原
