高师本科小学教师培养模式的反思与展望

【摘要】 随着我国基础教育课程改革的不断深入及教师专业化要求的不断提升,如何培养新时期高素质小学教师已成为众多高师院校追求的目标。目前我国高师本科小学教师的培养已形成综合型、分科型、中间型三种不同的模式,在回顾历史的基础上对已有模式进行总结与审视,以提升小学教师培养的质量。

【Abstract】 With our country’s elementary education curriculum reform and the continuous upgrading for teachers’ professional requirements,we are facing the issue of how to cultivate the high-quality primary school teachers,which has become a goal of colleges and universities.Primary school teacher training has formed three kinds of different patterns:integrated type,branch type,intermediate type.In order to improve the quality of primary school teachers’ training,we summarize and review the history of existing models so as to upgrade the quality in training primary school teachers.
