【摘要】 目的探讨多排CT冠状动脉成像评估单纯心肌桥-壁冠状动脉与左心功能的情况。方法采取回顾性方法对华北石油管理局总医院2011年9月到2012年9月收录的68例单纯性左前降支患者的多排CT冠状动脉成像检查资料进行分析。结果通过多排CT对患者的各项指标进行分析,其中,患者MB厚度和MB指数与左心室射血分数呈现负相关,而MCA缩窄率与左心室射血分数呈现正相关。结论临床中采取多排CT冠状动脉成像能够有效的观察单纯心肌桥-壁冠状动脉各项指标情况,而且左前降支的MCA缩窄率和MB厚度以及MB指数均与左心功能具有一定的相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship of simply myocardial bridge mural coronary artery and left ventricular function by multi-slice CT coronary imaging assessment.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from September 2011 to September 2012 included 68 cases of simple left anterior descending branch of patients with multi-slice CT coronary angiography examination data.Results Analysis by multidetector CT in patients with various indicators,including the thickness of patients with MB and MB index was negatively correlated with left ventricular ejection fraction,and the of MCA narrowing rate with left ventricular ejection fraction were positively correlated.Take multi-slice CT coronary imaging.Conclusion In the clinic,the simple observation myocardial bridge-the mural coronary indicators circumstances,the left anterior descending artery MCA narrowing rate,MB thickness,MB index and left ventricular function with a certain correlation.更多还原
