【摘要】 目的探讨前列地尔注射液对老年冠心病多支血管病变患者的疗效及临床意义。方法选取40例老年冠心病多支血管病变患者,给予前列地尔注射液静脉滴注治疗4周,观察治疗前后患者血液流变学、血脂及心率变异性(HRV)变化。结果老年冠心病多支血管病变患者经前列地尔治疗后,血液流变学、血脂及HRV指标均有显著差异(P均<0.05)。结论老年冠心病多支血管病变患者有明显的血液流变学、血脂的异常,影响HRV各项指标,前列地尔注射液可有效改善此类患者各项指标,从而改善此类患者的生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of Alprostadil injection in the treatment of multivessel coronary disease in elderly patients and its clinical significance.Methods Totally 40 elderly patients with multivessel coronary disease were given intravenous injection of Alprostadil treatment for 4 weeks,the changes in patients before and after treatment in hemorheology,blood lipids and heart rate variability(HRV) were observed.Results After treatment of Alprostadil injection,hemorheology,blood lipids and HRV indices in 40 cases were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusions The elderly patients with multivessel coronary disease had significant hemorheologyl,blood lipid and HRV indicators abnormalities,Alprostadil injections can be effective in improving the indicators of such patients,thus improving the survival of such patientsquality.更多还原
