【摘要】 目的探讨带线锚钉缝合术联合术后早期康复治疗跟腱止点周围断裂的临床疗效。方法 2009年1月至2012年12月,对35例跟腱止点周围断裂患者行带线锚钉缝合修复术,其中19例配合早期综合康复治疗,按Arner-Lindholm标准观察对比其治疗效果。结果 35例患者术后获12~28个月(平均18个月)随访,无血管神经损伤、伤口感染、皮肤坏死等并发症发生。其中配合早期综合康复治疗组,按Arner-Lindholm标准优12例(63.2%),良6例(31.6%),差1例(5.2%),优良率94.8%;对照组,优7例(43.8%),良4例(25%),差5例(31.2%),优良率68.8%。结论带线锚钉缝合术联合术后早期康复治疗跟腱止点周围断裂能够取得满意的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the clinical effect of repairing Achilles tendon close to its insertion ruptures using suture anchors with an early rehabilitation program.Methods We performed a prospective study on 35 patients undergoing surgical repair of Achilles tendon close to its insertion ruptures using suture anchors.Among all cases,19 patients were subjected to an early functional rehabilitation protocol after surgery.Results After follow-up for 12 to 28 months,no wound infection,blood vessel and nerve injury,skin necrosis and other complications after operation occurred.The Arner-Lindholm method was used to assess the results of treatment.Among the patients subject to an early functional rehabilitation protocol,a total of 12 cases had excellent results(63.2%)and 6 cases had good results(31.6%),with the excellent and good rate being 94.8%,and in the control group,7 cases had excellent results(43.8%)and 4 cases had good results(25%),with the excellent and good rate being 68.8%.Conclusion Using suture anchors for repairing Achilles tendon close to its insertion ruptures with a safe early active rehabilitation program appears to achieve a high rate of success.更多还原
