【Abstract】 Effect was studied on Cholesterol removal from lard with shaddock dietary fiber in this paper.The results show that the optimized condition for the shaddock fiber was the addition of fiber was 5 % of the amount of land;and the reaction time is 60 minutes at 333k,as a result,83.3 % of cholesterol was reduced.更多还原
