海底观测网接驳盒不间断电源管理系统设计
Design of Uninterruptible Power Management System of Seafloor Observatory Network Junction Box
【摘要】 为了实现海底观测网络接驳盒的不间断供电,设计出一种性能稳定、快速响应的电源管理系统。该系统硬件资源包括单片机、主电源与后备电源切换控制电路、充电电路、电源参数检测及通讯电路;系统通过单片机实时监测接驳盒的电流、电压与温度等电源系统参数,针对出现的异常状况,可快速主动地在主电源与后备电源之间进行切换控制,并依据海岸基站发出的远程指令对电源管理系统进行故障应急处理。试验证明,该系统运行稳定,能够保障海底观测网络的正常运转,降低了其维护成本。
【Abstract】 In order to achieve uninterrupted power supply for seafloor observatory network junction box, a power management system was designed featured by stable performance and fast response. The hardware resources in system include microcontroller, main power and backup power switching control circuit, charging circuit, power monitor and communication circuit. Through monitoring the current, voltage and temperature of the junction box in a real-time way, the system can quickly take the initiative to conduct switching control between the main power and backup power supply when unexcepted conditions occur. It could also follow remote commands issued by the coastal base to carry out emergency treatment on the power management system. Tests demonstrate that the stable operation of the system is able to ensure the normal operation of the seafloor observatory network and to reduce maintenance costs.
