【摘要】 为了了解和掌握海洋能开发利用对海洋环境的影响及其程度,研究了综合评价的指标体系。根据国标"海洋工程环境影响评价技术导则"确定了海洋能开发利用环境影响评价的具体内容,讨论了建立评价指标的原则,采用层次分析法确定了影响因子的指标并建立了指标体系。指标体系在"我国近海海洋综合调查与评价"专项"海洋可再生能源开发与利用前景评价"项目中得到了应用。指标体系和综合评价的结果可以为海洋能研究、应用和管理提供技术支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to understand and grasp the impacts of ocean energy utilization on the marine environment,the index system of comprehensive evaluation was studied.The specific content of the environmental impact assessment for ocean energy utilization was determined according to the national standard "Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment of Marine Engineering Technology",the principle of establishing evaluation indicators was discussed,and then the impact factor indicators and the establishment of the index system was established using analytic hierarchy process.Index system has been applied in "Marine Renewable Energy Development and Utilization Prospects of Evaluation" project of "Chinese Coastal Waters for Comprehensive Marine Survey and Evaluation".Index system and comprehensive evaluation of the results can be applied to provide technical support for ocean energy research,application and management.更多还原
