红树林人工湿地基质微生物活性研究
Microbial Activities in Substrate of Mangrove Constructed Wetlands
【摘要】 以占地近400 m2的潜流型红树林人工湿地中试系统为研究对象,阐述了人工湿地表层基质(0~5 cm)微生物生物活性和生物量碳含量在不同植物、不同水平距离和不同运行时间的分布变化规律。结果表明:微生物生物量碳在近入水口处含量较高,在温度较高的运行阶段(2007年8月)高于温度较低的运行阶段(2006年11月和2007年12月),且桐花树湿地带基质中的含量显著高于其它两条湿地带;海桑湿地带基质微生物的呼吸强度和代谢系数均高于其它湿地带,代谢系数在远离入水口之处较高,可能与此处营养物质较少,微生物易受到营养胁迫有关。
【Abstract】 A 400 m2 pilot-scale constructed wetland was built in Futian,Shenzhen to study the effects of distance,mangrove species and running time on microbial activities in the surface substrate(0 ~5 cm).The microbial biomass carbon(MBC) in the surface substrate(0~5 cm) of the treatment belt was higher at the inlet and decreased gradually towards the outlet,and the value was higher in summer(August 2007) with higher ambient temperature than that in winter(November 2006 and December 2007) with lower temperature.The highest MBC was recorded in substrate at the inlet of A.corniculatum belt in summer;while the microbial respiration rate and qCO2 in S.caseolaris substrate were higher than the other two species.
