菲律宾蛤仔食用安全和养殖环境微生物学监测与评价
Microbial monitoring and evaluating of edible safety and habitat environmental quality of clam
【摘要】 为了对庄河市蛤仔育种基地增养殖的菲律宾蛤仔(Ruditapes philippinarum)食用安全及其养殖海水与沉积物环境质量进行评价,在连续一周年微生物学监测的基础上,进行了蛤仔食用安全和原产地环境质量评价。监测评价结果表明,菲律宾蛤仔食用安全性较好,致病微生物—沙门氏菌、甲肝病毒、金黄色葡萄球菌的检验结果均符合我国《农产品安全质量无公害水产品安全要求(GB 18406.4-2001)》和欧盟进口双壳贝类标准要求(93/51/EEC)。蛤仔原产地海水和沉积物质量也较好,所有海水样品中粪大肠菌群检验结果均符合一类海水水质标准;除冬季2个站位沉积物样品中的粪大肠菌群数量超过一类海洋沉积物质量要求外,其余83.3%沉积物样品中的粪大肠菌群检验结果均符合一类海洋沉积物质量标准。
【Abstract】 This paper evaluated the edible safety of clam depending on one-year continuous microbial monitoring of clam,seawater and sediment in the breeding base in Zhuanghe City.The monitoring results showed that the edible safety of clam was moderately good,the amount of pathogenic microorganisms,including salmonella,hepatitis A virus and Staphylococcus aureus,were all up to the standard of GB 18406.4-2001——Safety Qualification for aquacultural product-Safety requirements for non-environmental pollution aquatic products and 93/51/EEC:Commission Decision of 15 December 1992 on the microbiological criteria applicable to the production of cooked crustaceans and molluscan shellfish of EU.The quality of seawater and sediment was also relatively good:the amount of Fecal Coliform group in the seawater met the standard of the quality standards for Grade I seawater and 83.3% of that in the sediment met the requirement of the quality standards for Grade I sediment with exception of sediment samples in two sites in winter exceeded the quality standards for Grade I sediment.
