流动注射光度法测定海水中可溶性硅酸盐
Flow injection spectrophotometic method for determination of soluble silicates in seawater
【摘要】 采用流动注射分光光度法,快速准确测定海水中可溶性硅酸盐SiO23-,该方法很好的解决了测定过程中海水盐度干扰的问题。在优化好的试验条件下,方法检出限为2.84μg/L SiO23-,SiO23-浓度在50.0~2 000.0μg/L具有良好的线性关系(相关系数0.999 9),500μg/L样品的RSD为0.65%(n=7),实际海水样的加标回收率为92.4%~98.4%,检测频率为32样/h。
【Abstract】 A Flow injection spectrophotometic method was applied to determine soluble silicates rapidly and exactly in seawater,the problem of sea water salinity interference was solved in the process of determination of soluble silicates in seawater.Under the optimum conditions,the detection limit was 2.84 μg/L SiO2-3with the linear range of 50.0~2 000.0 μg/L(r=0.999 9).The precision(500 μg/L,n=7) and recovery were 0.65% RSD and 92.4%~98.4% respectively.The detection frequency was 32 samples/h.
