四十里湾海洋贝类对氨基脲的生物富集特性

【摘要】 采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法对四十里湾海域(设置马山寨和石沟屯两个取样点)海水及贻贝Mytilus edulis、海湾扇贝Argopecten irradias、栉孔扇贝Chlamys gloriosa和牡蛎Ostrea gigas thunberg等贝类样品中氨基脲含量分别进行检测。本方法氨基脲的线性范围为0.5μg/L~20.0μg/L,相关系数大于0.99。该研究所得的结果可为四十里湾海域贝类氨基脲污染的净化提供数据支持。

【Abstract】 Semicarbazide(SEM) in Mytilus edulis,Argopecten irradias,Chlamys gloriosa,Ostrea gigas thunberg and seawater of Sishili Bay(sampling spots were Mashanzhai and Shigoutun) was determined using ultra performance liquid chromatogram tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS) in this work.UPLC and MS/MS analytical conditions were examined and optimized critically by a series of experiments.Samples were extracted and the residue was separated by ACQUITYTM UPLC BEH C18 column(1.7 μm,2.1 mm i.d.×100 mm) using gradient elution separation.Mobile phase was A(methanol) and B(5 mmol/L of ammonium acetate containing 0.1% formic acid).Finally analyte was confirmed and quantified using MS/MS system in multiple reaction mode with triple Quadrapole analyzer using positive polarity mode.The SEM showed good linearity in the range of 0.5 g/L to 20.0 g/L with correlation coefficient greater than 0.99.The study can make deeper understanding of SEM residues and distribution in different seashells.It can also provide dynamic dada and basis for guarantee health for people,continuous growth of fishing industry and government-based management and decision.The study can also provide useful information for studying decontamination of seashells that have SEM contamination in Sishili Bay.
