广西铁山港海草生态区氮的存在形态及其与环境、生物因子的关系

【摘要】 利用广西908专项2008年1月~11月对铁山港海草生态区进行4个季节综合调查的资料,对不同形态氮的存在形态及其与环境、生物因子之间的关系进行了分析研究。结果表明:研究海区全年的总氮(TN)是以溶解态氮(DN)为主,占TN含量的66.53%;而在DN中是以溶解有机氮(DON)为主,占DN含量的74.20%,与单一海区具有显著差别。相关分析显示:影响各形态N含量变化的主要环境因子是水温,其次是盐度、SS和DO、pH,只有TOC是所有环境因子中唯一无相关性出现的因子。各种形态N与生物因子之间的关系以浮游植物最为密切,初级生产力次之,与浮游动物的关系最差;但在季节上,N源充足的春季出现显著相关性较少,而且主要体现在处于生化过程的DN、DON和DIN的含量变化上,对于N源缺乏的秋季,所有形态N与初级生产力和浮游植物之间的相关性多达到了非常显著(P≤0.01)的正相关水平,N含量已经成为该季节初级生产者的主要限制因素。

【Abstract】 Based on the data from the 908comprehensive investigations of sea-grass bed ecosystem in Tieshan Bay during 2008.01to 2008.11,various forms of nitrogen and its relationship with environmental factors were studied.The results showed in studied sea area,DN was the main state of TN, with a ratio up to 66.53%of total TN,meanwhile,DON was the main state of DN,with a ratio up to 74.20% of total DN.From correlation analysis it was known that the environmental factors which influenced the various forms of nitrogen most was water temperature,followed by salinity,SS,DO and pH,TOC was the only factor had no correlation with nitrogen contents.Nitrogen contents had a most closed relationship with phytoplankton,followed was primary productivity,the least with zooplankton. In spring,with plenty of nitrogen source,correlation was less appears,just reflected in the changes of DN,DIN,DON contents.Instead,in autumn with a lack of nitrogen source,the contents of various forms of nitrogen all showed a positive highly significant correlation(p≤0.01)with phytoplankton and primary productivity.Nitrogen contents came to be the main limiting factor to primary producer in the season.
