【摘要】 目的建立咳喘康复胶囊中人参皂苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法对复方中人参皂苷Rb1、Re和Rg1进行含量测定。结果人参皂苷Rb1、Re、Rg1的平均加样回收率分别为98.69%、99.25%、98.85%,RSD分别为0.32%、1.35%、0.88%,实验结果显示线性关系、精密度、重复性和稳定性良好。结论该方法方便快捷、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,能有效检测咳喘康复胶囊中人参皂苷的含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the method of content determination of ginsenosides in Ke Chuan Kang Fu capsule.Methods The contents of ginsenosides Rb1,ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rg1 were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results The average recoveries of ginsenosides Rb1 Re and Rg1 were 98.69%,99.25% and 98.85%,and the RSD were 0.32%,1.35 % and 0.88%,respectively.The results showed a good linearity,high precision,good reproducibility and high stability.Conclusion The HPLC method is simple,accurate,high sensitive and reproducible,which can be used for the contents determination of ginsenosides Rb1,ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rg1 in Ke Chuan Kang Fu capsule effectively.更多还原
