薯蓣皂苷类似物的合成及其初步抗肿瘤活性研究

【摘要】 目的合成薯蓣皂苷类似物并初步研究其抗肿瘤活性。方法采用直接苷化法合成薯蓣皂苷类似物,并用MTT法筛选其体外抗癌活性。结果用简单高效的方法合成了化合物,并通过1HNMR、13CNMR、ESI-Q-TOF-MS和单晶衍射证实其结构。结论通过MTT法发现化合物Ⅴ和Ⅶ对乳腺癌细胞MDA-MB 231有一定的抑制作用。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To synthesize diosgenyl saponin derivatives and preliminaryly study their antitumor activities.METHODS Target compounds were prepared with Vorbrueggen glycation procedures,and the antitumor activities with MTT were studied.RESULTS The compounds were synthesized in a method which is simpler and more efficient than that in literature.And the structures were confirmed with 1HNMR,13CNMR,ESI-Q-TOF-MS and X-ray analysis.CONCLUSION Compound Ⅴ and Ⅶ were found to inhibit the growth of MDA-MB 231.
