聚缩水甘油-b-聚乳酸嵌段共聚物的合成及其自组装性能的研究

【摘要】本文合成了侧基带有-OH的两亲嵌段共聚物P(glycidol)-b-PLA,用1HNMR、GPC等对其结构进行了表征,并用DLS、TEM等技术对该两亲嵌段共聚物在水溶液中的自组装性能进行了研究,结果表明该聚合物在水溶液中能自组装成直径为100nm左右的球状胶束。更多还原

【Abstract】 Amphiphilic block copolymer P(glycidol)-b-PLA was synthesized in this paper.The composition and structure of these copolymers were characterized by HNMR and GPC.The self-assembly behavior of P(glycidol)-b-PLA was investigated by DLS and TEM.The results shown that the copolymer formed spherical micellar aggregates with about 100nm in average size.更多还原
