【摘要】 以IAA为模板分子,4-乙烯基吡啶(4-Vpy)为功能单体,乙腈为致孔剂,采用本体聚合方法,制备了IAA的印迹聚合物P(4-Vpy),用色谱法评价了其分子识别性能,并且与同样条件下以丙烯酰胺(AA)为功能单体合成的IAA印迹聚合物P(AA)进行了比较。结果表明,乙腈为流动相时,P(4-Vpy)比P(AA)对IAA具有更高的印迹效率,对IAA表现出了更好的分子识别能力。流动相对P(4-Vpy)分子识别能力的影响实验证明,静电作用在其分子识别过程中起重要作用。两种不同用量的乙腈为致孔剂制备所得IAA印迹聚合物P(4-Vpy)和P`(4-Vpy)的色谱测定结果表明,致孔剂的加入量对其印迹效率有显著影响。

【Abstract】 In order to synthesize molecular recognition material with high affinity and specificity for indole-3-acetic acid(IAA)and demonstrate the feasibility of such molecular spectrometric methods as UV and fluorometry for the selection of efficient functional monomer,4-vinylpyridine(4-Vpy)-ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA)-based polymers P(4-Vpy)and P`(4-Vpy)were prepared by bulk polymerization technique using IAA as the template molecule and two different amounts of acetonitrile as the porogen,respectively.The molecular recognition performances were evaluated by high-performance liquid chromatography.The results exhibited that both of the imprinted polymers showed the ability to recognize IAA and the amount of porogen used in the imprinting process exerted great influence on the imprinting effect.In addition,the comparison of molecular recognition ability was made between P(4-Vpy)and(P(AA))which was prepared under the same condition as P(4-Vpy)except using acrylamide(AA)as the functional monomer.The results indicated that P(4-Vpy)showed higher molecular imprinting efficiency for IAA than P(AA).The influence of different mobile phase on the retention of IAA and its structurally related compounds proved that electrostatic interaction played an important role in the molecular recognition process of P(4-Vpy).Furthermore,we made a comparative study on the interaction of IAA with 4-Vpy and AA by such spectroscopic techniques as UV and fluorometry.The results demonstrated that the complex of IAA-4-Vpy was more stable than that of IAA-AA,which can give a good explanation for the molecular recognition performances of P(4-Vpy)and P(AA).The study revealed that both UV and fluorometry can be utilized as effective means for the selection of efficient functional monomer.And the amount of porogen used in the preparation of MIP should be a major factor to be optimized to obtain MIP with high affinity and selectivity.This paper provides a foundation for the separation and enrichment of bioactive IAA.
