有机锑化合物在交叉偶联反应中的应用研究进展

【摘要】 近年来,有机锑化合物在交叉偶联反应中的应用引起了人们的广泛关注。本文主要对有机锑化合物在交叉偶联反应中的应用作了综述,重点介绍了其在Suzuki交叉偶联反应、Heck偶联反应以及Sonogashira偶联反应中的应用,并展望了其未来的发展方向。

【Abstract】 There are extensive applications of organoantimony compounds in the fields of medicine,sterilization,antisepsis,PVC heat stabilizer,catalysis and synthesis and so on.They have been used in organic synthesis either as reagents or as catalysts for several years and applied to cross-coupling reactions as pseudo-halides recently.The research progress of organoantimony compounds in three kinds of cross-coupling reaction,Suzuki crosscoupling reaction,Heck cross-coupling reaction and Sonogashira cross-coupling reaction was summarized in this paper.As pseudo-halides,triarylantimony(V) compounds can be used as homogeneous and heterogeneous palladium catalyst in Suzuki cross-coupling reaction.Both phenylantimony(III) and phenylantimony(V) derivatives are effective in Heck cross-coupling reaction.For Sonogashira cross-coupling reaction,organoantimony(V) compounds can react with terminal alkynes,and organoantimony(III) compounds containing alkynyl can react with acylchloride and arylchloride.
