含硒高分子:一类新型生物材料
Selenium-containing Polymers:A New Type of Biomaterial
【摘要】 硒元素是人体必需的微量元素。由于C—Se键和Se—Se键的键能比较低,键比较活泼,使得含硒高分子成为一类特殊的材料,具有许多独特和优异的性质。我们通过多种途径将硒元素引入高分子,设计合成了一系列主链含硒的嵌段高分子、侧链含硒的嵌段高分子以及内核或支化部位含硒的树枝状聚合物,开展了其在氧化、还原以及辐照等多重刺激响应高分子组装体材料方面和高效人工模拟酶方面的研究。研究表明,含硒高分子有可能成为一类新的生物医用高分子材料,具有广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 Selenium is an essential microelement for human beings.Because of the low bond energy of C—Se and Se—Se,selenium-containing polymers have become special materials with unique properties and functions.We have designed and synthesized a series of selenium-containing polymers,including main chain and side chain block copolymers,dendrimers and hyperbranched polymers for controlled self-assembly and disassembly under various responsive stimuli,which may act as new biomaterials for controlled drug delivery and efficient enzyme mimics.It is anticipated greatly this line of work will open an avenue for the combination of corporative therapy for cancer treatment.
