铒-对甲苯磺酰组氨酸-邻菲啰啉三元配合物的合成及其抑菌活性

【摘要】以对甲苯磺酰组氨酸,邻菲啰啉和氯化饵为原料合成了一种新型稀土三元固体配合物。利用配位滴定,元素分析,紫外光谱(UV),红外光谱(IR),热重分析(TG-DTG)等分析手段对配合物进行了表征,推测其结构为[Er(N-Ts-L-His)3Phen]Cl3·2H2O。通过抑菌实验对配合物及配体的抑菌活性进行了研究,初步结果表明,配合物有较好的抑菌效果,并且明显强于配体的抑菌性质。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new rare earth ternary complex was prepared using N-tosyl-L-histidine,erbium chloride and 1,10-phenanthroline,then characterized by EDTA titration,elemental analysis,ultraviolet(UV)and infrared specros(IR)copy,DTG-TG,etc.The composition of the complex was confirmed to be[Er(N-TsL-His)3 Phen]Cl3 ·2H2O.Antibacterial tests of the complex and ligands showed that the complex had good antibacterial effects,and it was obviously stronger than the ligands.更多还原
