半夏的电化学指纹图谱研究

【摘要】 用B-Z化学振荡技术研究半夏电化学指纹图谱。采用H2SO4-Ce(SO4)2-CH3COCH3-NaBrO3振荡体系,以半夏为底物,应用电化学工作站记录化学振荡体系中的电位(E)随时间(t)的变化,获得半夏电化学指纹图谱,并对温度、半夏用量等反应条件进行考察,确定了体系的最佳实验条件。通过对不同产地中药材半夏电化学指纹图谱的研究,发现其电化学指纹图谱不仅形状不尽相同,而且主要参数也有较大区别。根据半夏指纹图谱诱导时间与检测用量的关系,计算了7个产地半夏活性成分的整体相对含量。该方法准确,简便,可靠,可用于不同产地半夏的鉴定和区别。

【Abstract】 Rhizoma Pinelliae was identified by B-Z oscillating chemical reaction.H2SO4-Ce(SO4)2-CH3COCH3-NaBrO3 chemical oscillation system was used with Rhizoma Pinelliae as reaction substrate to get the electrochemical fingerprint of Rhizoma Pinelliae by recording the electrochemical potential of the oscillation system over time using electrochemical workstation.By investigating the effect of reaction conditions and reactant concentration on oscillation curves,the oscillation reaction conditions were optimized.The results indicated that under the optimal conditions the chemical fingerprints of Rhizoma Pinelliae from different origins showed significantly different characteristics,such as the maximum potential,induction time,oscillation lifetime and etc.The relative content of the samples from seven origins were calculated according to the relationship between the induction time and the detected amount.The method was convenient,fast and credible for identification of Rhizoma Pinelliae from different origins.
