【摘要】 以绿色化工理念改进合成工艺,以乙二胺和双(三氯甲基)碳酸酯为起始原料,在相转移催化剂的作用下于甲苯溶剂中合成了2-咪唑烷酮,然后在离子液体催化体系中用碳酸二甲酯为甲基化试剂,合成了标题化合物。该方法反应条件温和,反应总收率达78%。目标化合物结构经IR与1HNMR证实。

【Abstract】 The 1,3-dimethyl-2-imidazolidinone was synthesized with 2-imidazolidone and dimethyl carbonate as the raw materials in the ionic liquid catalytic system.The intermediate2-imidazolidone was synthesized with ethylenediamine and bis(triehloromethyl) carbonate with phase transfer catalyst in toluene.The results show that the best conditions for the synthesis of 1,3-dimethyl-2-imidazolidinone are as follows: DMF as the solvent and n(2-imidazolidone) ∶ n(DMC) = 1∶ 2.25,the reaction time is 5 h under 90~95 ℃.Total yield of the reaction is 78%.The process is of moderate conditions and is friendly to the environment.The structure of the products were confirmed by IR and1HNMR.
