【摘要】 在DL/T 523—2007《化学清洗缓蚀剂应用性能评价指标及试验方法》[1]主要是评价缓蚀剂的化学和物理性能。以往在现场进行的锅炉化学清洗小型试验所评价的腐蚀速率指标,其实就是评价缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能。但是在现场化学清洗小型试验的操作过程中,主要以化学清洗方案中的工艺参数为条件,是有失偏颇的。文中主要以盐酸、EDTA、柠檬酸三种清洗工艺为例,讨论化学清洗小型试验的标准化。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the DL /T 523—2007 "chemical cleaning performance of inhibitors evaluation methods"application performance of inhibitor evaluation and test of is mainly to evaluate the chemical and physical properties of corrosion inhibitor. The corrosion rate index to evaluate our past in the field of boiler chemical cleaning small test,is the evaluation of corrosion inhibition performance of corrosion inhibitor. But we are in the process of chemical cleaning in the field of small test,main process parameters in chemical cleaning solution for the condition,is biased.
