【摘要】 目前,油田污水沉降罐清洗效果差,需要停罐、放空作业,严重污染环境且对清罐人员健康造成损害.含油污泥影响污水处理质量及污水净化系统的正常运行,造成污水回注污染注水井地层等问题,研究出了在线清洗沉降罐及回收原油的新工艺。该工艺能在不停罐条件下对罐底沉积污泥进行流化作用,悬浮油泥经虹吸作用排出,罐外油泥通过二级搅拌和水力旋流分离实现原油回收。经新疆克拉玛依市金牛工程建设有限责任公司室内现场实验表明,柱塞泵出口压力下为60 MPa时,高压射流能轻松去除金属表面铁锈和10 mm厚的含沥青、水泥等杂质的油泥。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,the cleaning effect of oilfield waste water settling tank is poor,you need to stop the tanks,empty operations,which means serious pollution of the environment and personnel health damage.Oily sludge affect the quality of Polluted water treatment and the running of water purification systems,resulting in injection wells contaminated formations of water injection wells and other issues,developed a line cleaning and recovery of crude oil settling tank of the new technology.The process can be carried out on the tank bottom sludge deposition fluidization,suspended sludge discharged by the siphon effect needing not to stop the settling tank,outside of the tank sludge through stirring and two hydro cyclone achieve oil recovery.Karamay Taurus Construction LLC indoor field experiments showed that under the pressure of 60MPa piston pump outlet,the high-pressure jet can easily remove the metal surface rust and 10mm thick sludge which contains asphalt,cement.更多还原
